摘　　要：目的评价封闭负压引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)治疗足部开放性骨折合并软组织缺损的临床效果。方法 16例足部开放性骨折合并软组织缺损,经清创、骨折复位固定,一期VSD覆盖创面,创面长出新鲜肉芽后,二期带感觉游离股前外侧皮瓣转移修复。结果缺损创面肉芽组织生长良好,平均随访7个月,16例患者皮瓣全部成活。皮瓣外形满意,骨折愈合良好。结论 VSD治疗足部开放性骨折合并软组织缺损,可降低创面感染风险,促进创面修复,获得较好治疗效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of open foot fracture and soft tissue defect by vacuum sealing drainage（VSD）. Methods 16 patients with open foot fracture and soft tissue defect by debridement and fracture reduction fixation. Covered the wounds with VSD at the first stage; transferred and repaired the free anterolateral neuro-sensory skin flap at the second stage after fresh granulations grew out of the wounds. Results Granulations grew well in the wounds. Skin flap survived in all the 16 patients during the 7-month average follow-up period. The skin appearance was satisfactory, and the bone fracture healed well. Conclusion When being used to cure open foot fracture and soft tissue defect, VSD can help reduce the risk of wound infection, promote wound repair and gain a good therapeutic effect.
