泌尿外科腹腔镜手术并发症的原因与防范措施分析

摘　　要：目的探讨泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者并发症发生的原因、处理方法及防治措施。方法选择在我院泌尿外科行腹腔镜手术治疗的170例患者,分析其临床资料,总结并发症发生的原因、处理方法及防治措施。结果 170例患者中,发生并发症者6例(3.53%),均与腹腔镜手术操作有关,所有患者治愈后出院。结论掌握泌尿外科腹腔镜手术并发症的特征,不断提高腹腔镜手术的操作水平,提高术后管理水平,才能有效减少并发症的发生。Objective In order to discussion the complications, treatment and prevention measures of laparoscopic urological surgery. Methods 170 patients underwent laparoscopic surgery is selected, the clinical data were analyzed and summarized the reasons complications, treatment and prevention measures. Results In 170 patients, complications occurred in 6 patients（3.53%）, are related to the operation and laparoscopic surgery, all patients were cured. Conclusion Grasp the complications characteristics of laparoscopic surgery, and improve the level of operation and postoperative management level, in order to effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
