跟骨骨折异型钢板加植骨手术治疗36例跟骨粉碎性骨折患者的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的评价跟骨骨折异型钢板加植骨手术治疗36例跟骨粉碎性骨折患者的临床疗效。方法将72例跟骨粉碎性骨折患者随机分为两组,各36例;观察组采取跟骨骨折异型钢板加植骨手术治疗,对照组采取跟骨骨折异型钢板治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者Bohelers角、Gissane角改善效果均优于对照组患者;观察组Maryland评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(2.78%)低于对照组(11.11%),两组数据差异有统计学意义。结论跟骨粉碎性骨折患者采取跟骨骨折异型钢板加植骨手术治疗效果显著。Objective To evaluate the surgical treatment of 36 cases of comminuted calcaneal fractures in patients with clinical efficacy. Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 36 cases in each, the observation group adopted plus bone grafting in the treatment of anatomical plate in calcaneal fractures, the control group took the calcaneal fracture with anatomical plate in the treatment of. Results The improvement of Bohelers angle and Gissane angle in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the Maryland score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）, the complication rate of the observation group（2.78%） was significantly lower than the control group（11.11%）. Conclusion The treatment effect of special steel plate combined with bone grafting in the treatment of comminuted calcaneal fracture.
