卡维地洛和美托洛尔治疗高血压的疗效及其对糖脂代谢影响的对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨卡维地洛和美托洛尔治疗高血压的疗效及其对糖脂代谢的影响。方法将86例高血压患者随机分成两组,观察组口服卡维地洛治疗,对照组口服美托洛尔治疗,对比两组用药疗效。结果观察组血糖、血脂水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两者血压值对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡维地洛和美托洛尔的降血压效果相似,而卡维地洛对糖脂代谢影响优于美托洛尔。Objective To investigate the curative effect of carvedilol and metoprolol in the treatment of hypertension and its effect on glucose and lipid metabolism. Methods 86 cases of hypertensive patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group was treated with oral carvedilol treatment and control group was used about oral metoprolol, to compare medication efficacy about two group. Results The level of blood glucose and lipid of observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）, but the contrast between the value of blood pressure, there was no statistical significance between difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of carvedilol and metoprolol on reducing the blood pressure is similar, while the effect of carvedilol onglucose and lipid metabolism was better than that of metoprolol.
