摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育联合外治法对哮喘患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的哮喘患者84例,依随机分为对照组和研究组各42例,对照组仅采取综合外治法治疗,研究组在此基础上联合开展健康教育,对两组患者的肺功能及生活质量情况进行记录与分析。结果研究组患者治疗后的肺功能指标优于对照组,P<0.05;研究组患者的生活质量评分优于对照组,P<0.05。结论对哮喘患者采取健康教育联合综合外治法进行治疗能取得较好的临床效果,可有效改善患者的肺功能,对于提升患者的生活质量意义重大。Objective To explore the influence of health education combined with external treatmentfor lung function and quality of life in asthma patients. Methods 84 cases of asthma selected from our hospital were randomly divided into control group and research group, 42 cases in each group. The control group were only treated with comprehensive external treatment. The research group were treated with combination with health educationon on the basis of control group, lung function and quality of life were recorded and analysised in two groups. Results The pulmonary function index in treatment group patients was significantly better than control group, P〈0.05, quality of life score in research group was significantly better than control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Health education combine with external treatment in asthma patients has positive effect, and improve lung function and the quality of life.
