摘　　要：目的探讨胆结石患者采取全面护理模式的应用效果和体会。方法将我室收治的120例胆结石患者,随机分为对照组(60例)、观察组(60例)。对于对照组的患者采取常规护理方法 ;观察组的患者采取围手术期全面护理。观察比较两组患者对护理服务的满意度以及治疗的临床效果。结果观察组护理满意度、以及临床有效率,与对照组相比都较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在围术期进行全面的护理模式,可显著改善胆结石患者治疗效果,提高护理满意度。Objective To discuss the effect and experience of application of comprehensive nursing mode on gallstone patients. Methods 120 cases of gallstone patients in our department were selected and divided into control group（60 cases） and observation group（60 cases）. Control group were treated with conventional nursing. Observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing mode, to observe and compare the degree of satisfaction and the curative effect about two groups. Results The degree of satisfaction and the curative effect of observation group were better than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing mode could obviously improve the curative effect on gallstone patients and improve the degree satisfaction of nursing.
