血清CTRP9及ANP与支架术后再狭窄的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血清脂肪细胞因子Clq/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白（Clq/TNF-Related Protein 9,CTRP 9）、APN水平与冠状动脉（冠脉）药物洗脱支架植入术后支架内再狭窄（ISR）的相关性研究。方法选择2014年6月~2015年6月在我院心血管中心就诊确诊为不稳定型心绞痛的患者,所有研究对象第一次入院时行冠状动脉造影诊断,并成功进行雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架植入术,并于9~12个月后再次入院行冠状动脉造影随访,根据造影结果评价有无支架术后再狭窄。测定研究对象第一次入院时和再次入院造影随访时血清中CTRP 9及ANP水平。结果 258例行造影复查的患者中,42例发生靶病变再狭窄（再狭窄组）,216例未发生再狭窄,再狭窄组与非狭窄组相比基线的和随访时的血清CTRP 9及ANP的水平均降低,多因素回归分析显示基线血清CTRP9及ANP的水平是靶病变发生ISR的独立预测因子。结论基线的血清CTRP 9及ANP的水平是靶病变发生ISR的独立危险因素。Objective To determine the relationship between CTRP 9,ANP and in-stent restenosis after drug-eluting stent based on percutaneous intervention.Methods Selected patients with unstable angina who diagnosis of cardiovascular center clinic from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital,all the object of study for the first time admitted to hospital,coronary angiography diagnosis and successful drug-eluting stents implantation,and from 9 to 12 months after the readmission follow-up coronary angiography,according to the imaging result evaluation for restenosis after stent.Determinationg of the object of study on admission and imaging follow-up readmission to the hospital for first time CTRP 9 and ANP level in serum.Results 258 patients with routine imaging review,42 cases of target lesion restenosis（restenosis group）and 216 cases without restenosis,restenosis and the narrow group compared with the baseline and follow-up serum CTRP9 and the levels of ANP were lower,baseline serum CTRP9 and multifactor regression analysis shows that the level or the ANP is an independent predictor or ISR target lesion.Conclusion At the time of baseline and follow-up the levels of serum CTRP 9 and ANP is independent risk factors for the development of target lesion occurred ISR.
