86例成人缺铁性贫血的血常规改变及铁参数的检测分析

摘　　要：目的探讨86例成人缺铁性贫血的血常规改变及铁参数的检测分析。方法选取我院成人缺铁性贫血患者86例作为观察组,以同期体检健康的100例志愿者作为观察组,对患者进行血常规、血清四铁及铁蛋白检测。结果观察组的各项数据高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对IDA患者能够通过MCHC、MCH、SAT、SI等指标进行诊断,敏感性较高。而FER特异性及敏感性均比较高,若患者FER降低则提示机体缺铁。Objective To explore the hemogram and iron parameters of 86 adult patients with iron deficiency anemia.Methods Selected in our hospital 86 cases adult patients with iron deficiency anemia as the observation group,with concurrent health 100 volunteers as the observation group,all of them were blood,serum Fe and ferritin detection.Results The data of the observation group was higher than the control group,P0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The IDA patients can be diagnosed by MCHC,MCH,SAT,SI and other indicators,the sensitivity is higher.The specificity and sensitivity of FER were relatively high,and if the patient FER decreased,the body of iron deficiency.
