多层螺旋CT对肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的研究肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的临床特征及CT表现,探讨多层螺旋CT对肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾分析经手术、病理证实的16例肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤CT表现和临床资料。结果 16例肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤均为单侧发病,右肾9例,左肾7例,CT平扫病灶呈等密度或略低均匀密度,6例病灶中心可见星芒状低密度影,2例病灶可见钙化。结论多层螺旋CT增强扫描对肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤有较高的诊断价值。Objective To study the renal oncocytoma clinical and CTfeatures,and to explore the value of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of renal oncocytoma.Methods After surgery and pathology confirmed 16 cases of renal oncocytoma CT and retrospective analysis of clinical data.Results 16 cases of renal oncocytoma had unilateral disease,9 cases of right kidney,7 cases in the left kidney,16 cases of density on plain CT showed slightly or lower density,2 cases calcifications were seen in point.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT enhanced scanning of renal oncocytoma has higher diagnostic value for clinical diagnosis and treatment is of important guiding significance.
