摘　　要：本文作者意在研究后福特主义理论所引发的复杂理论和政治问题。本文不是讨论全球化与后福特理论本身,而是有关它的争论对马克思主义以及社会批判理论的影响。首先,笔者认为后福特主义的辩论具有双重性。一方面它是对马克思主义的挑战,并在一定程度可视为社会理论远离马克思主义的标志。另一方面该辩论又是恢复马克思主义的生命力和使马克思主义时代化的重要机遇。因为不仅许多辩论的问题来自马克思主义,而且新的观念很大程度上也是马克思主义在新的历史条件下的运用。其次,如果要主张处理问题后福特、我们应当明确的规范问题,在这个问题上,作者认为,面向后福特主义的社会批判理论应该把规范理论与社会结构理论结合起来,雅各·彼岱与阿克塞尔·霍耐特的理论在这方面具有特殊的重要性,但是,他们的理论也没有完全成功地实现这一目标。In this paper,author deal with the complicated problem arose from the debate on post-Fordist theory.His aim is not to discuss theories of globalisation and post-fordism as such,but rather to make explicit them sig- nificance and consequences on social critique and on Marxism.Firstly,au- thor thinks the debate has twofold significance to Marxism.In one hand, the debate marks some distancing from Marxism and challenges to it.On the other hand,the debate of post-Fordist is good opportunity for Marxism to reactualization in new time,because the topics that arose in the debate of post-fordism come from Marxist social theory,and many ideas also are ap- plication of Marxist theorem in new historical condition.Secondly,the pa- per advocates if we want deal with the problem of post-Fordism fully,we shall succeed in make connection of normative question of social justice and social structural problem,in this issue,author thinks Jacque Bidet and Alex Honneth are very important.They made great contributions to the ques- tion,but they still have not bridged the gulf between actual analysis and normative criticism successfully.
