替比夫定联用阿德福韦酯治疗HBeAg阳性高病毒载量乙肝的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨HBe Ag阳性高病毒载量乙肝采用替比夫定联用阿德福韦酯治疗的疗效和安全性。方法选取2013年1月~2015年1月收治的HBe Ag阳性高病毒载量乙肝患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组给予替比夫定治疗,观察组给予替比夫定联用阿德福韦酯治疗,对比两组治疗前后HBV-DNA载量数值、HBe Ag转阴率、HBe Ag血清学转换率和ALT复常率情况。结果观察组治疗后6个月、12个月HBV-DNA低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后12个月HBe Ag转阴率、HBe Ag血清学转换率、ALT复常率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 HBe Ag阳性高病毒载量乙肝采用替比夫定联用阿德福韦酯治疗可提高疗效,有效起到抗病毒作用,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of telbivudine combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of hbeag positive high viral load of hepatitis B.Methods 86 cases of HBe Ag positive high viral load of hepatitis B from January 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,each of 43 cases.The control group was given telbivudine treatment,the observation group was given telbivudine treatment with adefovir dipivoxil combined.HBV-DNA load numerical HBe Ag seroconversion rate,HBe Ag seroconversion rate and ALT normalization rate in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The HBV-DNA of the observation group after treatment 6 months,12 months were lower than the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.HBe Ag seroconversion rate,HBe Ag conversion rate,the ALT normalization rate of the observation group after 12 months were higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion HBe Ag positive high viral load of hepatitis B by telbivudine combined with adefovir dipivoxil treatment can significantly improve the curative effect and have and high safety.
