摘　　要：目的调查和评价手外伤新鲜开放手术预防性抗菌药物应用情况,探讨抗菌药物应用疗程与医院感染的相关性,为加强清洁污染手术围手术期抗菌药物的合理使用提供依据。方法抽取我院2014年12月-2015年11月出院手外科创伤污染手术患者病例,共计459例,对预防性应用抗菌药物进行评价。结果手部创伤手术感染几率与抗菌药物用药时间长短没有关系,P>0.05;而单用药物的感染率为1.66%,联合用药的感染率为4.32%,P<0.05。结论对于手外伤新鲜开放手术中预防性使用抗菌药物能起到较好的预防感染效果,尽量单用抗菌药物,预防感染。Objective To investigate and evaluate the application ofprophylactic antibiotics in the fresh open surgery of hand trauma,explore the correlation between the use of antibiotics and hospital infection,and to provide evidence for the rational use of antibiotics in perioperative period.Methods A total of 459 patients with surgical trauma contaminated by surgical trauma in our hospital from December 2014 to November 2015 were selected,made a evaluation of prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents.Results There was no relationship between the risk of surgical infection and the duration of antimicrobial agents,P〈0.05.While the single drug infection rate was 1.66%,the combination of the infection rate was 4.32%,P〉0.05.Conclusion For the prophylactic use of antibiotics can play a better effect of infection prevention of hand injury in fresh open surgery,single use of antibiotics to prevent infection.
