中医综合治疗在胫排骨远端37例严重粉碎性骨折中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究观察中医综合治疗胫排骨远端严重粉碎性骨折37例疗效。方法选取我院2014年1月~2015年1月收治的37例胫排骨远端严重粉碎性骨折患者,实行中医综合治疗,手术后随访6个月,采用Ja Kim评分标准评价以上患者的治疗效果。结果经中医综合治疗后,37例患者中20例痊愈,10例良好,7例尚可,总的优良率达到81%。全部患者都未发生并发症。结论对于胫排骨远端严重粉碎性骨折患者,实行中医综合治疗可以取得显著的疗效。Objective To study the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for 37 cases of severe comminuted fracture.Methods 37 cases of patients with diatal tibiofibular severe comminuted fracture in our hospital from January 2014 and January 2015 were selected,implemented the comprehensive treatment of TCM,followed up for 6 months after the surgery,used Ja Kim criteria evaluation of treatment.Results After comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,20 cases recovered in 37 patients,well in 10 cases,and fair in 7 cases,the total effective rate was 81%.All patients had no complications.Conclusion Patients with distal tibiofibular severe comminuted fracture,implemented the comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can achieve remarkable curative effect.
