索利那新联合中药敷脐治疗小儿遗尿症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察索利那新联合中药敷脐治疗小儿遗尿症的临床疗效。方法 81例原发性夜间遗尿症患者随机分为对照组、治疗组1和治疗组2。3组患儿均接受行为干预治疗;治疗组1同时给予索利那新(5 mg/片,1/3片每次),治疗组2在治疗组1的基础上同时在肚脐处使用中药敷剂。结果有效率:治疗组2>治疗组1>对照组。结论索利那新和中药敷剂联合用药比单独口服索利那新效果更好。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of solifenacin combined with Chinese umbilical medicine therapy on infantile enuresis.Methods Children（n=81） of primary nocturnal enuresis were randomly divided into control group,treatment group1 and group 2.All children received behavioral intervention therapy.Children in group 1 were givensolifenacin（5 mg /tablet,1/3 tablet once）.Children in group 2 were given Chinese medicine poultice in navel on basis of the group 1.Results Effective rate of children in treatment group 2treatment group 1control group at the end of treatment.Conclusion Solifenacin combined with Chinese umbilical medicine therapy on infantile enuresis is more safe and effective than the use ofsolifenacin alone.
