舒适护理应用于肿瘤放疗患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究并分析对肿瘤放疗患者使用舒适护理的效果。方法收集肿瘤放疗患者共82例,根据平行、单盲、随机对照的设计原则分为对照组(41例)和观察组(41例),对照组行常规护理,而观察组行舒适护理。结果观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在肿瘤放疗患者的护理过程中,舒适护理能够提高患者的生活质量,使患者身心都保持健康状态。Objective To study and analyze the effect of comfortable nursing for patients with tumor radiotherapy.Methods A total of 82 cases of tumor patients with radiotherapy were divided into control group（41 cases） and observation group（41 cases）.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with comfortable nursing.Results The scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the course of nursing to patients with radiotherapy,comfortable nursing can improve the quality of life of patients,and keep them physical and psychological healthy.
