摘　　要：通过保护剂的选择及冻干试验研制了D型肉毒毒素新剂型-D型肉毒冻干剂。试验确定30%蔗糖＋10%明胶作为冻干剂的保护剂;室温（13℃-18℃）的保存期为10个月,37℃的保存期为6个月;水分含量为≤5%。同时制定了D型肉毒毒素冻干剂冻干曲线。The freeze-dried agent of type of D Botulinum,a new type of D Botulinum Toxin was developed based on the choice of protective agent and freeze-dried test. type D new dosage forms,Botulinum toxin type. 30% of sucrose ＋ 10% of gelatin as the protective agent of freeze-dried agent was determined.Under room temperature（13-18 ℃）,it can be stored for 10 months.It can be stored for 6 months in37 ℃.Moisture content was less than 5%.The freeze-drying curve was made.
