摘　　要：在真空集便器产品的研发和制造过程中,重点针对产品设计和图纸转化、生产工艺方案和质量试验检测进行开发,形成生产质量体系。开发制定污物箱焊接加工、气水控制盘组装等主要过程生产工艺方案,进行工序质量控制;对重要原材料和零部件采购和外协加工,按照技术要求进行管控;制定集便器产品的试验检验计划并实施。通过采取工艺技术和质量控制等措施,可进一步提高产品的安全可靠性。During the research and production process of vacuum toilet system, this paper mainly focuses on product design, drawing translation, production craft and quality tests, constructing the production quality system. The production craft plan for major procedures is designed, including welding process of wastewater tank and assembly of gas-water control panel, to carry out the quality control of working procedure. Procurement and commissioned process of important raw materials and components are carried out, under the supervision in compliance with the specifications. Design and implement the testing plan for vacuum toilet product. Craft technique and quality are effectively controlled, which provides a reference to the production of railway vacuum toilet system, thus improve the safety and stability of the product.
