广州市“数字绿化”三维实景平台建设

摘　　要：广州市"数字绿化"三维实景平台建设是广州市青山绿地工程的重要内容。本文对该平台建设的主要内容和关键技术进行研究。包括广州市三维地理空间框架建设、城市园林绿化专题模型数据库建设、城市绿化全景影像数据库建设等三方面内容,并对基于ADS40航空摄影测量技术的地形地貌模型构建、基于地面Li DAR技术的建筑物精细模型建设、城市园林绿化专题要素符号库建设及三维建模、可量测移动全景影像采集等关键技术进行阐述。本文的研究成果对同类项目开展具有重要指导意义。Guangzhou ＂Digital greening＂ three-dimensional real platform is an important part of Guangzhou verdant project. This paper studies the main content and key technology platform construction. It includes three aspects Guang- zhou three-dimensional geographic space frame construction, urban landscaping thematic model database construction, ur- ban greening panoramic image database construction, and terrain model based ADS40 aerial photographic measurement technology to build, ground-based LiDAR technology building fine key technical model construction, urban landscaping thematic elements symbol library construction and 3 D modeling, scalable mobile panorama image acquisition and so forth. Results of this study have important guiding significance for similar oroiects undertaken.
