摘　　要：首先从政府服务的角度指出了国内多个政务管理部门规划之间存在的矛盾,分析问题的原因后,再从提高政务服务质量、促进多规协同办公的方向出发,提出在政务服务网建设过程中从数据来源和标准上重视地理空间资源目录梳理、构建空间规划大数据库和建设图形展示平台加强业务协同的解决方案,并在杭州政务服务网建设中进行了实践。This paper firstly points out the contradictions between the government service managements and analyses the problems. From the point of improving government service quality and promoting the multiple-plan coordination de- velopment,this paper puts forward paying attention to the geographic information resources, build the large database and the platform to enhance the government business cooperation service network. , also practice it on the building of Hangzhou government
