摘　　要：执行力是政府工作的生命力。地方政府执行力建设,是加强党的执政能力建设和提升政府公信力的重要途径,也是建设法治、责任、服务型政府的必然要求,更是实现行为规范、运转协调、透明公正、高效廉洁的政府管理体制的具体表现。因此,梳理、分析、总结地方政府执行力问题显得非常重要。Implementation capacity is the vitality of the government＇s work.Local government implementation capacity construction is to strengthen the party＇s ruling ability and an important way to enhance the government credibility,a necessary requirement for constructing rule of law,responsibility,a service-oriented government,and it aoso realizes standardized behaviors, coordinated operation,transparent,fair,clean and efficient government management system. Therefore,carding,analysis,summary of local government implementation capacity are very important,this article attempts to demonstrate the current status of the implementation capacity of local government. At last the author puts forwards some countermeasures to promote the implementation capacity of local government.
