前列地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨前列地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月至12月我院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者60例,随机分为对照组和研究组各30例,对照组患者使用常规治疗,研究组患者联合使用前列地尔治疗,对比2组患者的治疗结果。结果研究组患者治疗有效率、心电图有效率以及血流动力学情况方面显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不稳定型心绞痛患者的治疗过程当中,在常规治疗基础上联合应用前列地尔治疗能够有效改善患者的血流动力学水平,提高治疗效果,临床上应当推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of alprostadil in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods Sixty cases of patients with unstable angina,who were admitted to the hospital from January2014 to December 2014,were distributed randomly and equally into two groups：control group and study group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment and the study group was treated with conventional treatment combined with alprostadil.And then we compare the treatment results of the two groups.ResultsComparing the treatment results of two groups of patients,patients in study group were significantly better than the control group in treatment efficiency,the efficiency of ECG and the situation of hemodynamics.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with unstable angina,the conventional therapy combined with alprostadil can improve the patient＇s hemodynamic levels,and the therapeutic effect.The new therapy should be widely used in clinical practice.
