摘　　要：以纸浆悬浮液流过静止成形网模型以及通道流模型为理论基础,设计了一种全自动动态纸张抄片器。本文重点介绍了该设备的工艺流程以及关键部件的结构设计,该设备保证了模拟长网造纸机成形过程的真实性,实现了纸张成形过程引起的纤维取向。Based on the model of pulp slurry flows on the forming wire and the static channel flow model,a new type of automatic dynamic sheet former was designed. This paper mainly introduced the technical process and structure design of some key components. The equipment ensured the authenticity of simulating the forming process of fourdrinier machine,and implemented fiber orientation caused by the sheet forming process.
