摘　　要：针对监理行业发展中存在的诸多问题,提出构建科学、系统、全面和可行的投资控制效果评价指标体系.应用AHP理论,并结合工程案例,定量计算反映效果指标,客观、公正和直观地反映了监理单位水平,为改善监理行业发展受阻现状提供了有效途径和方法.Aiming at problems existing in supervision industry development, this paper puts for ward to construct scientific, systematic, comprehensive and feasible effectiveness evaluation sys- tem of investment control. Applying AHP theory and combing engineering projects, quantitative calculation reflects the effectiveness indexes and reflects the levels of supervising units objective- ly, fairly and intuitively, which provides effective approaches and methods for improving arrested development of supervision industry.
