摘  要:试验研究了60 t转炉采用石灰石替代石灰造渣对0.03%~0.27%C,0.012%~0.024%P,0.023%~0.036%S钢水在1 580~1 680℃的脱磷效果,对比了石灰石和石灰造渣时渣-钢磷分配比,得出石灰石造渣时渣中TFe,终渣碱度和终点钢水温度对渣-钢磷分配比Lp的影响。结果表明,石灰石替代石灰造渣时,熔池中铁和磷的氧化方式和脱磷反应不变,但钢水的脱磷效果较好:石灰造渣平均Lp为80,石灰石造渣平均Lp为101。石灰石替代石灰造渣炼钢时,渣中TFe含量14%~17%,终渣碱度3.1~3.4,钢水终点温度1 600~1 630℃时,脱磷效果最好。The dephosphorizing effect of 60 t converter on 0.03% N 0.27% C, 0. 012% ~ 0. 024% P, 0. 023% - 0. 036% S liquid at 1 580 ~ 1 680 ℃ by limestone replacing lime as slag material is tested and studied to compare the slag- steel phosphor partition ratio by limestone as slagging material with that by lime as slagging material, and to get the effect of TFe in slag, end slag basicity and liquid end temperature by limestone as slag material on slag-steel phosphor partition rati- o- Lp. The results show that by limestone replacing lime as slagging material the mode of oxidizing of iron and phosphor in liquid and the dephosphorizing reaction way are same, but the dephosphorizing effect of liquid is better, that is by lime as slagging material the average Lp is 80, while by limestone as slagging material the average Lp is 101. By limestone repla- cing lime as slagging material the effect of dephosphorizing is best with TFe in slag 14% ~ 17%, end slag basicity 3.1 3.4 and liquid end temperature 1 600 ~ 1 630 ℃.
