摘  要:通过测算及分析2000—2013年京津冀地区及京津冀三地、长三角地区和珠三角地区的碳生产率与碳生产率对经济增长贡献率发现:京津冀、长三角及珠三角地区碳生产率均呈增长态势,但京津冀地区碳生产率与长三角、珠三角之间的差距呈增大趋势;在京津冀地区,北京碳生产率增长最快,天津次之,河北最慢。依据碳生产率对经济增长贡献率判断经济增长方式得出:京津冀地区及长三角和珠三角地区均属于高碳增长,其中北京属于低碳增长,天津、上海属于中碳增长,河北、江苏、浙江、广东属于高碳增长。在京津冀协同发展的背景下,转变经济增长方式需要提升京津冀地区碳生产率水平,关键是推进河北供给侧结构性改革,重点是去产能和补短板,提升河北碳生产率水平。This paper calculated the carbon productivity and the contribution rate of carbon productivity to economics growth of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region(including Beijing Tianjin and Hebei separately),Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta during 2000 to 2013,which finds carbon productivity in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta region showed a growth trend,but the gap between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area carbon productivity and the Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta showed increasing trend;among the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Beijing has the highest carbon productivity growth,and Tianjin and Hebei is the lowest. Form the contribution rate of carbon productivity to economics growth,we can know:Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta belong to high-carbon growth. Among these areas,Beijing belongs to low-carbon growth,Tianjin,Shanghai belong to medium-carbon growth,Hebei,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Guangdong belong to high-carbon growth. Under the background collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,in order to transform the pattern of economics growth,we should improving the level of carbon productivity,the key is to promote the structural reform of supply-side,and the point is cutting excessive industrial capacity and improving weak links.
