摘　　要：金融生态环境如何有效地带动企业创新能力的提升?这种影响是否因区域间差异而不同?分析认为金融生态环境的改善通过成本和收益两种机制推动着区域微观经济主体的创新活动,采用我国30个省区2005—2011年的面板数据进行空间计量检验。结论表明,工业企业创新能力呈现出显著的空间自相关特征,区域金融生态环境的改善对企业创新能力的提高产生正向影响;金融结构的检验结果显示,股票市场与银行信贷、FDI在促进企业创新能力方面存有互补性,且股票市场的发展更能促进企业创新能力的提升。How a region enterprise innovation ability could be promoted by region financial ecological environment Improvement？ Is the effect different due to regional differences？ This article argues that the financial ecological environment Improvement can promote the region enterprise innovation ability through two transmission mechanism of costs and benefits. And uses the panel data of 30 provinces in 2005-2011 to carry out the spatial measurement. The results show that innovation in our country have obvious spatial autocorrelation features;The improvement of regional financial ecological environment has a positive effect on improvement of enterprise innovation;The conclusion show that there are complementary in promoting enterprise innovation ability between stock market development and bank credit,FDI and the development of the stock market can promote the innovation of enterprises.
