摘 要:以杜泊羊、陶赛特羊为父本,小尾寒羊为母本进行杂交改良试验,并对杂交F1代羔羊(简称杜寒羊、陶寒羊)的生长性能和屠宰性能进行分析。生长观测表明,杜寒羊6月龄体重分别比陶寒羊和对照组高8.31%、30.77%。屠宰结果表明,杜寒羊6月龄胴体重、屠宰率、胴体净肉率和眼肌面积均最大。说明,以杜泊羊为父本对小尾寒羊进行杂交改良的F1代羔羊的生产性能和屠宰性能显著提高,改良效果明显。Hybrid improvement test was conducted by using Dorper sheep, Dorset sheep (paternal form) and Ovis aries (maternal form) to analyze the growth performance and slaughter performance of the hybrid F1 generation of lamb (Dorper×Ovis aries, Dorset× Ovis aries). Growth observation showed that the body weight of lambs from Dorper× Ovis aries at 6- month-old was higher than lambs from Dorset× Ovis aries and the control group for 8.31% and 30.77%, respectively. Slaughter results showed that the carcass weight, dressing percentage, net meat percentage and lion muscle area of lambs from Dorper × Ovis aries at 6-month-old were the highest. Therefore, the production performance and slaughter performance of F1-generetion hybrid lamb can be significantly improved, and the Dorper sheep can be used as paternal form to improve Ovis aries.
