摘 要:为探索不同组合的免疫方法对其抗体产生的影响,确立合理有效的免疫程序。试验将口蹄疫、羊三联四防、小反刍兽疫和羊痘4种疫苗进行不同组合,即分别进行单苗单独、两两组合、三三组合、4种疫苗同时分点注射,共分为15组,每组20只,对各组免疫后副反应观察和抗体水平检测。结果表明:口蹄疫、三联四防、小反刍兽疫和羊痘4种疫苗分点同时注射组产生的抗体水平,与单苗注射组相比,差异不显著(P﹥0.05),疫苗注射后产生的抗体效价相对较高且稳定,不同疫苗产生的抗体之间相互干扰、拮抗作用不明显,抗体合格率分别在70%以上,均能达到国家规定的免疫要求,因此该免疫接种方法在实际工作中可推广应用。In order to determine the reasonable and effective immunization program, the different unities of vaccines impacting on the antibody production were explored. Four kinds of vaccines, including FMD vaccine, Combined Ovine/Caprine Clostridial Diseases Vaccine, Peste Des Petits Ruminants and Capripox, were immunized sheep through the procedures with respective single injection, every two or every three combinations and four vaccines immunized at the same time. The experiments were divided into 15 groups, each group with 20 sheep. The negetive effects and antibody levels in each group after immunization were observed. The results showed that antibody levels produced by four vaccines immunized at the same time had no significant differences in the antibody titers compared to that in single vaccine injection group. The mutual interference and antagonistic effects were not revealed between different vaccinations. The effective immune rate could reach more than 70%, which was coincided with the country standards. Therefore, the vaccination procedure can be popularized and applied in practical work.
