一例猪丹毒病的诊断和防治体会

摘　　要：猪丹毒是红斑丹毒丝菌引起的一种急性热性传染病,其主要特征为肤疹块、慢性心内膜炎及皮肤坏死与多发性非化脓性关节炎。本病呈世界性分布,目前集约化养猪场比较少见。笔者通过疑似临床病例观察,结合临床检查方法,以抗菌消炎为主,通过中西兽医结合等方法进行治疗,认识该疾病在临床上的治疗方法,为以后临床中对该病的治疗提供参考。Swine erysipelas is an acute infectious disease caused by erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae. The main feature is skin rash, chronic verrucous endocarditis, skin necrosis and multiple of apyetous arthritis. The disease distributes worldwide. In this study, the disease was cured using the combination treatment of Chinese and Western medicine through clinical cases, clinical examination methods and the principle of antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. The therapeutic methods for the cases of swine erysipelas provide a basis for recognize the clinical characters of the disease.
