摘　　要：针对Q42-250B棒料剪断机实际使用中的不足,对产品的机械结构、外观造型和电气控制系统进行改进设计。通过改进提高了该机型的整机性能、生产效率,增强了产品的市场竞争力。本文方法对其他设备的改进设计具有一定的参考价值。Aiming at the deficiency of the practical use of Q42-250Bbillet shearing machine, the design of mechanical structure, outline style and electric control system have been improved. Thus in this way, the overall performance, the productivity of the model and the market competitiveness of products have been in-creased. It provides certain reference for the improvement in design of other equipment.
