摘　　要：介绍了汽车前轴辊锻模具的堆焊再制造工艺,包括焊前模具处理和模具预热,堆焊合金层,焊后退火热处理等。堆焊修复后的模具大幅度提高了辊锻模具寿命。The surface welding technology for reparation and re-fabrication of roll forging die for the auto- mobile front axle has been mainly introduced in the text, including material removing of die flaws, pre- heating of dies, welding of alloy layer and annealing, etc. The service life of roll forging dies has been ob- viously improved after being surface welded for reparation and re-fabrication.
