摘 要:以高比转速混流泵为研究对象,基于Rayleigh-plesset空化模型和剪切应力输运湍流模型(SST),应用计算流体动力学,分析了数值计算过程中叶轮径向力;并采用类似分析方法对空化工况下叶轮径向力的变化情况进行了分析。结果表明,叶轮受到的瞬态径向力合力随着叶轮的转动呈现周期性变化,且频率和叶轮叶片数表现出相关性,但所受径向力的幅值却随空化程度加深而有所增加。在NPSHA分别为13.95、7.87和3.82m这3种工况下,叶轮瞬态径向力合力的波动均呈现非常规律的周期性,都是4个波峰和波谷,与叶轮叶片数相同。而空化状态下叶轮径向力合力较正常工况下的幅值有所增加。The high specific speed mixed-flow pump was studied based on the Rayleigh-plesset cavitation model and the shear stress transport turbulence model(SST),the impeller radial force was analyzed in the numerical calculation process with the computational fluid dynamics technology,and the radial force of the impeller was analyzed by using the similar method under cavitation condition.The results showed that the radial force of the impeller changed periodically with the rotation of the impeller,and there existed correlation between the frequency and the number of impeller blades.However,the amplitude of the radial force increased with the increase of the degree of cavitation.Fluctuations of the resultant force of impeller transient radial force presented a very regular periodic trend under three design conditions of NPSHA values which varied among 13.95 m,7.87 mand 3.82 m.The pictures of these forces all presented 4peaks and valleys which were the same as the number of impeller blades.But the amplitude of radial force under cavitation was more than that under normal working conditions.
