摘　　要：分析了新型重载铁路货车摇枕的结构特点和工艺设计要点,根据现有生产条件制定了生产工艺,并应用华铸CAE软件对摇枕充型和凝固过程的流场、温度场进行了模拟分析,预测了铸造摇枕缩孔、缩松缺陷,优化了铸件铸造工艺,实现了工艺完整性,使摇枕一次试制成功,缩短了试制周期。The structure characteristics and the key points in technological design of new type overloaded railway wagon bolster were analyzed.Based on the workshop production condition,the production process was determined.The InteCAST software was adopted to visualize flow field and temperature in filling and solidification process to predict shrinkage hole（porosity）.Finally,the casting process of product was optimized,and completeness of process was realized,so the bolster was produced successfully.
