摘  要:根据铝合金壳体压铸件的结构特点,进行了浇注系统设计。利用华铸CAE软件进行了充型过程模拟,根据模拟结果确定在金属液最先、最后充型部位和汇合处,即底部法兰处设置了4个溢流槽,溢流槽外侧设置了排气槽。经生产验证,生产过程中壳体压铸件的气孔等铸造缺陷少,设计的浇注、溢流系统获得了较好的效果。Gating system was designed preliminarily based on the structure characteristics of the die casting aluminum alloy shell.The filling process of die casting shell was simulated by means of the InteCAST software.Based on the simulated results,four overflowing slots were set at the position of the first filling and the last filling as well as confluence.The designed gating and overflow system can obtain satisfied results through practical production,and casting defects such as gas hole in the die casting shell were low.
