摘 要:采用铝热法分别在铜底材和玻璃底材上制备了CrCuFeMnSiAl_x(x=0.75、1.0、1.5)高熵合金,采用XRD、SEM、EDS和硬度测试等方法研究了不同底材对合金的组成相和硬度的影响。结果表明,利用铝热法能成功制备出高熵合金,且所得合金的主相为BCC固溶体,并含有少量的简单立方结构。与铜底材相比,玻璃底材上制备的合金结晶度更好且成分更接近等摩尔比;粉碎后的合金粉末形貌呈不规则的多面体结构。同时,玻璃底材上的粉末平均粒径大于铜底材上的;玻璃底材上的合金的硬度(HV)在x=1时达最大值590。CrCuFeMnSiAlx(x=0.75,1.0,1.5)high entropy alloys were produced by aluminothermic reaction on copper and glass substrates.The phase structure,microstructure and composition of the high entropy alloy were investigated by a combination of X-ray diffractometry,scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy.The micro-hardness of HEAs also was tested.The effect of different substrates on the composition and structure and hardness of HEAs powder were analyzed.The results show that the CrCuFeMnSiAlxalloys can be prepared by aluminothermic reaction successfully.The alloys contain the primary BCC solid solution and a small amount of simple cubic structure.Compared with the alloys produced on copper substrate,the crystallinity of alloys prepared on glass is the better and the composition is more close to the equi-molar ratios.After crushing,the morphology of HEAs powder exhibits irregular polyhedron,and powder size is in range of several micrometers to several nanometers.The average particle size of HEAs powder prepared on glass substrate is the larger than that of one on copper substrate.The micro-hardness of HEAs prepared on glass substrate reaches the maximum value of 590 HV at Al_(1.0).
