商贸流通业投资环境的制度约束及对投资选择行为的影响研究

摘　　要：首先分析国内投资环境受到政府宏观调控、市场机制两方面的共同作用,在此基础上从市场制度约束、宏观政策制度约束、税收制度约束、市场制度与政策制度的共同作用等方面展开,论述了制度因素对我国商贸流通业投资环境的影响,然后进一步探讨了商贸流通业主体投资选择行为与制度环境的约束关系,分别从制度环境约束与商贸流通主体投资选择行为之间的机制、投资环境影响商贸流通主体的投资选择两方面展开研究,希望为政府政策制度的制定及改革提供参考。In this paper, we first analyzed the joint effect of the government macroscopic control and the market mechanism on the domestic investment environment in China, then on such basis, discussed the influence of the institutional factors on the investment environment of the commercial circulation industry in China from the angle of market system constraint, macroscopic government policy constraint, tax system constraint, and the joint effect of the market and policy systems, etc., and at the end, further explored the relationship between the decisions of the investors to the commercial circulation industry and the constraints in the institutional environment.
