摘　　要：随着网络运维研究的发展,物流中心也面临着网络安全和维护的问题,以信息网络运维需求为基础,探讨了流程化管理理念,引入先进的ITIL的理念,并加入"人、流程与技术"三要素,构建了一个基于流程管理的物流中心信息网络运维系统架构,并介绍了该框架的四个层次,为物流中心信息网络运维管理提供高效品质优的服务。In this paper, aiming at analyzing the operational and maintenance demand of the information network, we discussed the concept of process- oriented management, introduced the advanced ITIL principle as well as the elements of ＂human＂, ＂process＂ and ＂technology＂, built a process-oriented logistics center information network operation and maintenance system, and at the end, introduced the four layers of the framework of the system.
