摘 要:采用相转化法结合溶剂蒸发沉淀工艺制备新型聚醚砜(PES)/磺化聚砜(SPSf)共混纳滤膜,分别研究了PES/SPSF共混比、乙醇质量分数、烘箱内蒸发温度与时间对膜的脱盐率及产水量的影响.结果表明:磺化聚砜的增加,可以提高膜的致密性,从而提高膜的脱盐率.添加乙醇与二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)作为混合溶剂,当乙醇质量分数为15%,蒸发时烘箱内温度为70℃,蒸发时间为3min时,对2g/L的Na_2SO_4盐溶液脱盐率为57%,产水量为16L/(m^2·h).当保持其它工艺参数不变的情况下,只提高蒸发温度为100℃时,纳滤膜对2g/L的Na_2SO_4盐溶液脱盐率为65%.Polyethersulfone(PES)/sulfonated polysulfone(SPSf)blend nanofiltration membranes were prepared using phase inversion technique combined with solvent evaporation process.The influences of polyether sulfone/sulfonated polysulfone blended mass ratio,mass fraction of ethanol and evaporation temperature and time in ovenon desalination rate and water yield of membrane were studied respectively.The results demonstrated that increase of the content of sulfonated polysulfone could improve the density of membrane,which contributed to the increase of desalination rate.By adding ethanol and DMAc(dimethylacetmide)as a blending solvent,the membrane rejection of 2g/L Na2SO4 solution was 57% and the water yield was 16L/(m^2·h)as the ethanol mass fractsion 15%,evaporation temperature at the oven70 ℃ and the evaporating time 3min.When evaporating temperature was increased to 100 ℃ with other process conditions remained unchanged,the rejection of 2g/L Na2SO4 solution enhanced to 65%.
