摘  要:实验分别制备了添加不同表面活性剂及添加不同聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)固含量的含有纳米SiO_2的铸膜液,从表面活性剂、温度、剪切速率及PVDF固含量等不同方面考察铸膜液的流变性.结果表明,铸膜液中添加表面活性剂能得到较好的流变曲线,随着温度和剪切速率的增加,铸膜液的剪切黏度均下降,而且,存在临界剪切速率值;PVDF的添加量对铸膜液的流变性及性能有很大的影响.通过测试部分不同铸膜液制备的膜的性能和微观结构,结果表明,不同铸膜液的膜性能和结构均有着一定的差别.Different types of casting solution containing nano-SiO2 were prepared by different kinds of surfactants and adding different content of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF).The rheology of casting solution was studied on different surfactants,temperature,shear rate and PVDF content.The results showed that the membrane casting solution with adding surfactants could get a better flow curve,and shear viscosity was decreased when temperature and shear rate was increased,the membrane casting solution had a critical shear rate value,and the amount of PVDF had a great influence on the rheology and properties of casting solution.Some membranes were prepared using different types of casting solution,and the properties and microstructure were tested.The results showed that different membranes had different performance and structure.
