摘　　要：滚动轴承的钢球表面常见裂纹主要有原材料裂纹、淬火裂纹、锻造折叠裂纹、冷加工裂纹和装配或运转过程中承受瞬时较大应力开裂等。本文通过实例介绍了钢球表面常见裂纹及其主要产生部位,并对其分析方法与预防措施进行探讨和总结。The main cracks on the surface of steel ball of rolling bearing are commonly raw material crack,quenching crack,forged folding crack,cold processing crack and large instantaneous stress cracking during the assembly or operation. In this paper,the common surface cracks of steel ball and its main parts are introduced through the example,and the analysis method and preventive measures are discussed and summarized.
