摘　　要：维生素D结合蛋白(vitamin D-binding protein,VDBP)是一种多功能血浆球蛋白,在结合转运维生素D、清除肌动蛋白、激活巨噬细胞、增强中性粒细胞趋化、激活破骨细胞等免疫炎症反应过程中发挥重要作用。VDBP的血清浓度在脓毒症患者中显著降低,动态观测VDBP血清水平对于预测脓毒症的发生和预后具有重要意义。Vitamin D-binding protein（VDBP） is a multi-functional plasma protein with many important functions which include transport of vitamin D metabolites, sequestration of actin, macrophage activation, neutrophil chemotaxis and activation of osteoclast in modulating immune and inflammatory responses. The serum concentrations of VDBP in patients with sepsis will decrease remarkably, so it is important for observing the serum levels of VDBP dynamically to predict the occurrence and prognosis of sepsis.
