精微脂肪复合富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)移植在面部年轻化治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的总结精微脂肪复合富血小板纤维蛋白（PRF）移植在面部年轻化治疗的临床应用效果。方法对本科收治的24例面部皮肤软组织老化萎缩凹陷患者,在其腹部或大腿用肿胀吸脂术抽吸脂肪颗粒,经过低速低压离心纯化微粒脂肪并复合Choukroun＇s法制备的PRF,使用精微自体脂肪移植枪注射移植填充面部老化凹陷区域。结果 24例中23例（每例注射40~80 m L）接受1次微粒脂肪注射移植,1例（每例注射30~50 m L）接受2次注射移植;术后随访6个月,面部老化症状明显改善,效果满意、持久,吸收率低,无感染、脂肪液化等并发症发生。术后患者和术者满意度均高于91.67%。结论自体精微脂肪复合PRF注射移植效果明显、制备简易、吸收率低、移植精确、易于患者接受,术后并发症少。是一种理想的面部年轻化手术方法,值得临床推广。Objective To explore clinical application of micro-autologous fat combined with PRF transplantation in facial rejuvenation. Methods 24 cases of facial skin soft tissues aging atrophy had been treaded by transplantation of microautologous fat combined with PRF.Micro-autologous fat was obtained from patient＇s abdomen or thighs,centrifugated at low velocity and low pressure to remove the oil and fluid,then combined with PRF.By using the micro-autologous fat gun,the microautologous fat was injected into the recipient site of the face. Results 23 cases gained satisfactory clinical results by injecting once and 1 case with 2 times injections,the effects of micro-autologous fat injected transplant ation were satisfactory and there is no complication by follow- up for 6 months.The degree of satisfaction with the curative effect is over 91.67%. Conclusions The effects of micro-autologous fat injected transplantation were satisfactory.It has low absorptivity,which is simple to manufacture and accepted easily by people.It is a good method for facial rejuvenation and worth to spread in clinic.
