摘 要:目的研究超声检查对早孕期筛查胎儿颜面部畸形的临床价值。方法以在本院接受超声诊断并怀疑胎儿畸形的早孕期孕妇384例为研究对象,对所有孕妇按顺序进行侧脑室水平横切面尾侧偏斜法超声检查,对比不同孕期胎儿颜面部显示情况、所有胎儿颜面部畸形超声诊断结果。结果 11~11+6周、12~12+6周以及13~13+6周三组不同的孕期的产前超声检查显示率分别为97.30%,97.98%以及97.99%,差异无显著性(P〉0.05);超声检查孕早期胎儿颜面部畸形的灵敏度为83.33%,特异度为100%,漏诊率为16.67%,准确度为99.73%。结论超声用于早孕期筛查颜面部畸形的准确度较高,严格实行早孕期筛查能够有效提高出生人口素质。Objective To analyze the clinical value of ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of fetal facial deformity during early pregnancy. Methods From January 2014 to December,384 cases of pregnant women who underwent ultrasound diagnosis in early pregnancy were selected,and all pregnant women were examined in order to carry out the lateral cerebral lateral ventricle horizontal transverse section. Results 11 to 11+6weeks,12 to 12+6weeks,and 13 to 13+6weeks,the rate of prenatal ultrasound examination showed that the difference was 97.30%,97.98% and 97.99%,the difference was not statistically significant( P〈0.05); Sensitivity of ultrasound examination in early pregnancy fetal facial malformations was83. 33%,the specificity was 100%,the misdiagnosis rate was 16.67%,with 99.73% of accuracy. Conclusion Ultrasound examination for early pregnancy screening fetal facial deformity accuracy is relatively high,strict implementation of early pregnancy ultrasound screening can effectively improve the quality of the birth population.
