摘 要:在水溶液中,以甲基三甲氧基硅烷为前驱体,氢氧化钠为催化剂,通过一步溶胶-凝胶法合成了粒径可控、单分散的聚甲基倍半硅氧烷(PMSQ)球形粒子。研究结果表明,升高反应温度和增加氢氧化钠用量,PMSQ粒子的平均粒径均呈递减趋势;由PMSQ粒子铺展成的薄膜呈现出优异的疏水性,其与水的接触角为151.4°;将PMSQ粒子添加至丙烯酸树脂分散体系中,可将由其构成的涂层从常规的亲水性质转变成疏水性,且表面形成微纳米阶层结构。In aqueous solution,monodisperse polymethylsilsesquioxane(PMSQ)spherical particles with controllable sizes have been synthesized in the presence of methyltrimethoxysilane as the precursor and sodium hydroxide as the catalyst via a one-pot sol-gel technique.The results revealed that elevating reaction temperature or increasing the amount of sodium hydroxide resulted in the decreasing of average particle size.The surface of thin film consisting of PMSQ particles exhibited excellent hydrophobicity,and the water contact angle was 151.4°.Furthermore,the surface of acrylic coating can be converted from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity by adding PMSQ particles to acrylic resin dispersed system,with possessing micro-nano layered structure.
