摘  要:通过浊点滴定法研究了聚醚砜/二甲基乙酰胺/异丙醇(PES/DMAc/IPA)三元体系的热力学相图,测定不同浓度的PES溶液中非溶剂含量对铸膜液黏度的影响,以非溶剂调控法制备出具有密度梯度孔的PES平板膜,研究非溶剂含量和致孔剂对PES膜分离性能的影响。结果表明:在铸膜液达到浊点之前,非溶剂对膜截面结构的改变较小;当铸膜液达到浊点,膜结构定向转变成海绵状密度梯度孔。与非浊点状态制备的膜相比,无论是否添加致孔剂,浊点状态制备的梯度密度孔结构平板膜纯水通量和牛血清蛋白截留率能够长时间保持稳定。The thermodynamic phase of PES/DMAc/IPA solution system was studied by titrating cloud point method and the viscosity change of different concentration PES solution was monitored as varying IPA content.PES flat membranes with novel spongy gradient pore structure was fabricated from a cloud-point dope by adding in IPA.The influence of nonsolvent content and pore-forming agent on the permeability and rejection was characterized.It was proved that the membrane structure varied little until the dope was close to the cloud point and novel spongy gradient pore structure was formed.When comparing to the membrane prepared at dope far from cloud point,the pure water flux and BSA rejection of membrane remained stable with or without pore-forming agent for a long period.
