摘 要:用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为修饰剂,对活性白土进行修饰改性。将改性后的活性白土与壳聚糖复合,通过溶液插层技术制备了活性白土/壳聚糖复合物。通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、热重分析仪(TGA)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对所制备的活性白土/壳聚糖复合物进行表征。以对甲基橙的吸附行为作为模拟吸附实验,研究了活性白土/壳聚糖复合物的吸附性能,探讨了温度、复合吸附剂用量、甲基橙溶液浓度、吸附时间等条件对吸附剂吸附效果的影响。结果显示:修饰剂和壳聚糖显著提高了活性白土的片层间距,从而有利于提高活性白土的吸附性能。在吸附时间为30min、温度为25℃、吸附剂用量为0.06g的条件下,吸附剂具有较为优异的吸附效果。Activated clay was modified with cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)used as a modifier.Activated clay/chitosan composite,used both CTAB-modified activated clay and chitosan as raw materials,was prepared readily by solution intercalation technique.As-prepared composite was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),thermal analysis(TGA)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Adsorption properties of composite were studied by using methyl orange solution to simulate the adsorption experiments,thereby researching the effects of temperature,the content of adsorption agent,the concentration of methyl orange solution and adsorption time on the adsorption performance.The results showed that the modifier and chitosan significantly improved the activated clay lamellar spacing,thereby contributing to improving the adsorption properties of activated clay.Furthermore,the optimal adsorption condition contained the adsorption time of 30 min,temperature of 25℃,activated clay/chitosan composite of 0.06 g.
