镍锌铝三金属层状氢氧化物-碳纤维复合材料的制备及光电催化左氧氟沙星

摘  要:利用电化学法制备了镍锌铝三金属层状氢氧化物-碳纤维复合材料(CFs-Ni/Zn/Al-LDHs)。采用FT-IR、XRD和SEM对材料的结构和形貌进行表征,红外光谱显示材料的层间阴离子为NO_3^-,XRD分析结果表明材料具有高晶化的类水滑石结构,通过SEM观察到该材料的花样插层结构。光电催化左氧氟沙星的结果表明:在光电催化4h后,左氧氟沙星的去除率达到98.92%,通过紫外分光光度法分析,产物在235nm处的紫外吸收峰与左氧氟沙星的浓度在1×10^(-6)~5×10_(-5) mol/L的范围内,呈现良好的线性关系,检测限为2×10^(-7) mol/L(3σ)。Nickel/zinc/aluminium-layered double metal hydroxide-carbon fiber(CFs-Ni/Zn/Al-LDHs)composite material was prepared by electrosynthesis.The materials were characterized by FT-IR,XRD and SEM.IR spectroscopy showed that NO3^- has been intercalated into the layer of LDHs.The result of XRD showed that the materials had the typical layered structure.The observed results from SEM showed the materials had the layered structure like flowers.Photoelectrocatalysis of levofloxacin on CFs-Ni/Zn/Al-LDHs was studied.The results indicated that 98.92% LEVO was removed within 4h photoelectrocatalytic treatment.UV spectrophotometry analysis revealed that the UV abeorption peak of product at 235 nm showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 1×10^(-6)~5×10^(-5) mol/L for LEVO,with a detection limit of 2×10^-7mol/L(3σ).
