摘　　要：棉秆皮纤维是一种新型天然纤维素纤维材料,以棉秆皮纱线材料为主要对象,研究了丝光处理工艺条件对纱线材料性能的影响。实验结果表明:增加碱液质量浓度、处理时间与温度,纱线材料失重率、缩水率增大,而拉伸断裂强度先增大再减小;棉秆皮纱线材料适合的丝光处理条件为NaOH质量浓度250g/L,时间200s,温度20℃。该工艺条件下,棉秆皮纱线材料结晶度减小,且随着纱线材料中棉秆皮纤维质量分数增加,纱线材料的钡值增大,强度减小。Cotton-stalk bast fiber is new natural cellulose fiber material.The cotton-stalk bast yarn material was selected for investigating the effect of alkali mercerization treating conditions on the yarn property.The results showed that the increasing of NaOH content,treating time and temperature resulted in the increasing of weight loss and water shrinkage of that yarn,and the breaking strength increased and then decreased.The reasonable mercerization condition of the yarn was250g/L NaOH for 200 sat 20℃.After mercerization,the crystallinity of yarn material decreased,and the mercerized yarn had high barium number and low strength with increasing content of cotton-stalk bast fibers in the yarn.
