摘 要:研究了环氧树脂砂浆(EM)在-20~60℃范围内的抗折强度、抗压强度以及轴心抗压强度,结合不同温度条件下EM试件宏观和微观破坏形貌,分析了EM力学性能的温度敏感性机理。结果表明:EM力学性能有很强的温度敏感性。从低温到高温,EM的抗折强度、抗压强度、弹性模量和峰值荷载下降明显,都呈"S"型曲线分布,EM的力学特性出现脆-韧转换,连续相树脂由脆性破坏转变为弹塑性破坏。当温度恢复到室温,EM的抗折及抗压强度恢复到同一水平。The flexural strength,compressive strength and axial compression strength of epoxy resin mortar(EM)under different temperatures ranging from-20℃to 60℃ were studied.Temperature sensitivity of the mechanical properties of EM were analyzed based on the macro and micro damage morphology of EM under different temperatures.The results showed that the mechanical properties of EM had a strong temperature sensitivity.At increased temperature,the flexural strength,compressive strength,elastic modulus and peak load of EM were decreased obviously,with "S"type curve distribution.A brittle-tough transition of EM can be observed and the epoxy resin was changed from brittle failure to elastic plastic damage.The strength of EM could be restored to the strength of the initial conditions as long as the temperature was restored to room temperature.
