基于属性分析叠加AHP分析法的许昌市生态文明评价

摘　　要：对生态文明的评价体系进行梳理,整理出适合许昌实地情况的生态文明评价体系,借助于AHP分析方法对指标层权重进行测量,而后借助河南省统计年鉴对具体指标值进行5级分化,即属性分析,最终整理出许昌市生态文明5个等级的指标分别占有的权重量,并根据2007~2013年的生态文明评价进行衡量,分析变化。最终得出结论：许昌自然环境状况良好,但建成区绿化问题凸显;许昌经济发展状况较差,对生态文明建设起到负拉动的状态;社会文明状况处于中等水平,教育支出虽稳步提升,但提升空间还很大。The evaluation system of ecological civilization was reviewed, the ecological civilization evaluation system which is suitable for Xuchang City was sorted out. The weight of index layer was measured with AHP method, according to statistical yearbook of Henan Province, five-grade differentiation was conducted on the specific index value, namely attribute analysis. Finally, the weight of five-grade indicators of ecological civilization in Xuchang City were obtained. According to ecological civilization evaluation during 2007 -2013, the changes were an- alyzed. The conclusions were as following： the natural environment in Xuchang is good, but the greening problem in built-up area is promi- nent; the economic status is poor, which plays a negative role in ecological civilization construction; the situation of social civilization is in the medium level, education expenditure has steadily improved, but there is still a lot of room for improvement.
